1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

• Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.

2. Our Shipping Partner (Amazon FBA) To guarantee the fastest and most secure nationwide delivery, all J-Pawsia orders are fulfilled directly through Amazon Logistics (FBA) centers across the USA. Your order will arrive safely in unbranded packaging, complete with an official J-Pawsia packing slip inside.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours. You can easily track your package via Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, or FedEx using the link provided.

4. Damages & Lost Packages J-Pawsia is fully responsible for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact our support team at support@j-pawsia.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately!
